Laboratory Milling Taken To A New Dimension

At this year’s ACHEMA exhibition in Frankfurt, FRITSCH will be taking the opportunity to showcase no fewer than four new laboratory products — extending their already impressive range of innovative and high-tech mills. These new FRITSCH products promise to be more compact, more powerful, faster and even easier to use.

In these exciting new products, FRITSCH presents a cornerstone of its core corporate principle … making good products even better. Firmly established in the field of laboratory milling and with products that enjoy an entirely deserved worldwide reputation for reliability and design excellence, the manufacturer’s new range of PULVERISETTE premium line mills looks set to enhance FRITSCH’s position as a world leader in laboratory equipment.

The Planetary Mono Mill PULVERISETTE 6 offers first class performance for both wet and dry grinding applications, mechanical allowing, homogenising and mixing. Combining doubled drive power with high centrifugal acceleration, the new PULVERISETTE 6 delivers reliable milling results down to the nanometre range. With a simple to use colour touch screen display, this product offers high performance alongside safe and simple operation.

In the Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14, FRITSCH has gone even further, tripling the drive power to allow delivery of high throughput (up to 5 litres per hour) and excellent grinding performance. The PULVERISETTE 14 also boasts an extremely low noise level and flow-optimised cooling channels.

For the toughest laboratory milling applications, the robust new PULVERISETTE 1 delivers up to 3 kilowatts of drive power, making it the most powerful Jaw Crusher FRITSCH has ever developed. With high throughput ideal for the pre-crushing of hard and very hard brittle materials, the PULVERISETTE 1 is also designed for simple operation and easy cleaning.

The final of the four new products in FRITSCH’s premium line is the Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13. Featuring simple user operation based around a convenient TFT display with a robust membrane keyboard, the PULVERISETTE 13 is designed for fast and efficient grinding of hard-brittle to medium-hard solids.

ACHEMA 2012 is the world’s leading exhibition and forum for chemical engineering and processing industries. FRITSCH will be demonstrating their exciting new products at Stand J49 in Hall 4.1.
