The FRITSCH PULVERISETTE 14 premium line Rotor Mill is built with you in mind

FRITSCH have made the ‘best even better’ with their Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 premium line. FRITSCH, innovators in the development of application-orientated laboratory equipment, with particular emphasis on sample preparation and particle analysis, have produced a new premium line of instruments.

Their intention is to make operation, easier, faster, safer and more comfortable and all these factors come together in their Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 premium line.

The Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 premium line provides, impact, shearing and cutting comminution in the one instrument, and now offers even greater benefits to both researchers and those considering comminution at pilot plant-scale e.g. in the plastics industry.

Key benefits include significantly better cooling thanks to strong motor airflow with ingenious air routing and special rotor cooling fins. This means sticking or melting is significantly reduced, even with the most temperature sensitive samples.

And because the grinding and electrical chambers are completely separated from each other, the electronics are protected from dust, meaning a longer service life, easier cleaning and increased safety, with no faulty switching, as well as better cooling. You can even enhance this cooling effect further with the FRITSCH Cyclone separator or by incorporating an exhaust system.  

The high-speed, heavy-duty motor has especially durable bearings, which helps ensure a particularly high impact and a rotor speed with an extra 22,000 rpm.

This means finer results in shorter times, ideal for the comminution of soft to medium-hard, brittle as well as fibrous materials and temperature-sensitive samples. Sample throughputs of around 15 litres per hour can be anticipated, depending on the material and parameter settings - with a longer working life too.
