The WZ-05643-00 Polarographic Probe

This glass body non-temperature compensated glass DO probe is an economical choice for fermentation applications in the laboratory. These probes use a  detachable threaded cable lead and are ideal for applications where sterilization is done with a separate autoclave (sterilization temperature is 266°F/130°C).

The reliable performance and low cost of these Cole-Parmer glass probes make them an excellent dissolved oxygen probe option.

Features of the WZ-05643-00 Glass Polarographic for dissolved oxygen levels include:

  • Temperature range 32 – 140 degrees Fahrenheit  (0 to 60°C)
  • 180 mm immersion depth
  • 98% response in one minute
  • Pressure range 0 – 2.4 bar (35 psi maximum pressure)
  • Compatible with DO meters from Cole-Parmer, Ingold and other manufacturers
  • Stability better than ±2% of reading per week at constant temperatures

The WZ-05726-22 Polarographic DO Probe

This is a temperature compensated polarographic DO probe which is available in a range of diameters, immersion depths and mounting styles.

These probes are ideal for laboratory fermentation applications where probes are steam-sterilized repeatedly (sterilization temperature is 266 °F/130°C) and feature durable 316 SS construction. A 100 O RTD temperature measuring device is included.

Features of the WZ-05726-22 Polarographic Dissolved Oxygen Probe include:

  • Temperature range 32 – 176 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 80°C)
  • 200 mm immersion depth
  • Automatic temperature compensation with integrated100O RTD temperature measuring device
  • 98% response in one minute
  • Stability better than ±2% of reading per week
  • Pressure range 0 – 6 bar (87 psi maximum pressure)
